Oddly enough, I'm a drummer and I bought it for creating song ideas on the keyboard. I let my guitar player use it for recording a new song the day I got it and he immediately bought it from me. Looks like I'm buying another one! The guitartist from my other band has the real FT version and the JOYO sounds exactly the same. You can't beat this clone for the money! I actually like my guitartists tone now! I hated it before - it was so thin and weak. Now it sounds like a real rock guitar... I can't comment on how it sounds through the keyboard because I never got to try it...
